I work with acrylic paint in my studio and the works are predominantly representational in style. I photograph images of interest based on my experiences and travel such as the wilderness, weathered barns, historic buildings, and other subjects.

When I paint I feel connected to the subject matter as if I am revisiting and that inspires me to look closely at places of interest wherever I go.
